Welcome to 237Coders.site. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and your purchase and use of digital products including WordPress themes, plugins, scripts, source code, and other digital items sold by 237Coders (\\\\\\\"we\\\\\\\", \\\\\\\"our\\\\\\\", \\\\\\\"us\\\\\\\").

By accessing our website, creating an account, or purchasing any product from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use our website or purchase our products.

Definitions

Throughout these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• \\\\\\\"You\\\\\\\", \\\\\\\"your\\\\\\\", \\\\\\\"customer\\\\\\\" refers to the person using our website or purchasing our products.

• \\\\\\\"Product\\\\\\\" refers to any digital item sold on 237Coders.site including themes, plugins, scripts, source code, and related files.

• \\\\\\\"License\\\\\\\" refers to the permission granted to you to use a Product according to specific terms.

• \\\\\\\"Purchase\\\\\\\" refers to the transaction where you pay for a Product.

• \\\\\\\"Site\\\\\\\" refers to 237Coders.site and all its pages and content.

Account Registration

To purchase products and access your licenses, you must create an account on our site.

Account Requirements. You must provide a valid email address and choose a secure password. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update your information if it changes.

Account Responsibility. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, you must notify us immediately.

Account Security. We recommend using a strong, unique password for your account. We will never ask you for your password. Be cautious of phishing attempts that appear to come from us.

Multiple Accounts. You may not create multiple accounts to abuse discounts, promotions, or license limits. We reserve the right to merge or close duplicate accounts.

Account Suspension. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse our products or support services.

Purchasing Products

When you purchase a product from us, you are buying a license to use that product under specific conditions.

Payment. All prices are listed in the currency shown on our site. You agree to pay the full amount displayed at checkout plus any applicable taxes. Payment must be made through our approved payment processors (Stripe, PayPal, Monetbil). You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.

Order Confirmation. After you complete your purchase, we will send you an order confirmation email and your license key(s). This email serves as your proof of purchase. Keep this email for your records.

Digital Delivery. All our products are digital and delivered electronically. After purchase, you can download your products from your account dashboard. License keys are sent via email and are also available in your account.

Pricing Changes. We reserve the right to change product prices at any time without notice. Price changes will not affect purchases already completed.

Taxes. You are responsible for paying any applicable taxes on your purchase including VAT, GST, sales tax, or other transaction taxes. If tax is required, it will be added at checkout.

License Terms

When you purchase a product from 237Coders, you purchase a license to use that product, not the product itself. Different licenses have different terms.

Regular License. The Regular License allows you to use the product on a single website or project that you own. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the product. You may use the product for personal or commercial projects for yourself or a single client. The product may be used on one domain only.

Extended License. The Extended License allows you to use the product on a single website or project with additional rights. You may use the product for commercial purposes including selling access to the final website (such as a SaaS product). The product may still only be used on one domain unless otherwise specified.

Developer License. If offered, the Developer License allows you to use the product across multiple websites or projects that you own or manage. This is ideal for agencies and freelancers.

Lifetime License (if offered). A Lifetime License means you pay once and can use the product for as long as you wish, including receiving updates for the lifetime of the product. Lifetime does not mean your personal lifetime but rather the product\\\\\\\'s supported lifetime as determined by us.

Annual/Subscription License (if offered). A subscription license requires payment each year or month to continue receiving updates and support. If you do not renew, you may continue using the last version you downloaded, but you will not receive new updates or support.

What All Licenses Prohibit. Regardless of which license you purchase, you may not: redistribute the product in any form (including as part of a template or theme collection), resell the product as your own, sublicense the product to others, share your license key with others, use the product on more domains than your license allows, remove copyright notices from the product, or use the product for illegal purposes.

License Verification. Our products may periodically contact our servers to verify your license is valid and active. This allows us to provide updates and prevent piracy. No personal information is collected during this verification beyond your license key and domain name.

License Revocation. If we determine that you have violated these license terms, we may revoke your license immediately without refund. Revoked licenses will stop receiving updates and support, and you must cease using the product.

Support Services

We provide support for products purchased directly from 237Coders.site.

What Support Includes. Support includes help with installation, basic usage questions, bug fixes, and compatibility issues with the latest version of WordPress (for WordPress products) or the specified platform. We respond to support requests within two business days.

What Support Does Not Include. Support does not include custom modifications to our products, integration with third-party plugins or services not mentioned in our documentation, server configuration, migration assistance, or training on how to use basic features of WordPress or other platforms.

Support Eligibility. You are eligible for support only if you have a valid, active license for the product you need help with. Support is provided through our support ticket system or email. We do not provide support through phone calls or social media.

Support Period. Support is provided for as long as your license is valid and active. For one-time purchases, support is typically provided for six months or one year depending on the license. You may purchase extended support separately if offered.

Bug Fixes. If you discover a bug in one of our products, please report it with detailed steps to reproduce the issue. We will investigate and release a fix if confirmed. Critical security bugs are prioritized.

Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, because our products are digital and cannot be returned, our refund policy is limited.

14-Day Refund Period. We offer a 14-day refund period from the date of purchase. To request a refund, you must contact us within 14 days of your purchase.

Valid Reasons for Refund. We will grant refunds for the following reasons: the product does not function as described in our documentation and we cannot fix the issue, the product has a critical bug that makes it unusable and we cannot resolve it within a reasonable time, or you accidentally purchased the wrong product and request a refund immediately before downloading.

Invalid Reasons for Refund. We will not grant refunds for the following reasons: you changed your mind after purchasing, you did not read the product description or requirements, the product does not work with a third-party plugin or theme we never claimed compatibility with, you decided you do not like the product\\\\\\\'s design or features, you purchased the product by mistake and already downloaded it, or you are unable to install the product due to lack of technical knowledge (we will help you install it).

Refund Process. To request a refund, contact us through our support system with your order number and reason for the refund. If approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. After a refund is issued, your license will be deactivated and you must stop using the product.

Chargebacks. If you file a chargeback with your payment provider instead of requesting a refund through us, your license will be immediately revoked and your account may be banned. If the chargeback is found to be invalid, you will be responsible for any fees incurred.

Updates and Product Lifecycle

We regularly update our products to add features, fix bugs, and maintain compatibility.

Update Entitlement. You are entitled to receive updates for as long as your license is valid and active. One-time purchases typically include updates for six months or one year. You may renew your license to continue receiving updates.

Update Frequency. We do not guarantee a specific update schedule. Updates are released as needed based on bug reports, security concerns, and platform changes (such as new WordPress versions).

Discontinued Products. If we decide to discontinue a product permanently, we will announce this on our website and via email to affected customers. Discontinued products will continue to work as they did, but will not receive future updates or support. No refunds will be issued for discontinued products.

Acceptable Use

When using our website and products, you agree to follow these rules.

Prohibited Activities. You may not use our products to: create or distribute malware or malicious code, engage in illegal activities, infringe on others\\\\\\\' intellectual property, send spam or unsolicited emails, collect user data without proper consent, or bypass security features.

Website Use. You may not attempt to: hack or breach our website\\\\\\\'s security, perform denial of service attacks, scrape content without permission, reverse engineer our products, or test for vulnerabilities without our written permission.

License Key Sharing. You may not share your license keys with anyone else. Each license key is for your use only. If we detect a license key being used on more domains than allowed, we may deactivate it without notice.

Intellectual Property

All products sold on 237Coders.site are the intellectual property of 237Coders unless otherwise stated.

Ownership. We retain all rights, title, and interest in and to our products including code, design, assets, documentation, and associated copyrights. You purchase a license to use the product, not ownership of the product itself.

Trademarks. The 237Coders name and logo are our trademarks. You may not use them without our written permission.

Your Content. Any content you create using our products (such as a website built with our theme) belongs to you. Our license applies only to the product itself, not to the content you create with it.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 237Coders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or website.

No Warranty. Our products are provided \\\\\\\"as is\\\\\\\" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that our products will work with all third-party software, that they will be error-free, or that they will meet your specific requirements.

Maximum Liability. In any case, our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Business Losses. We are not responsible for any loss of profit, revenue, data, business interruption, or other commercial losses arising from your use of our products.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 237Coders and its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of our products, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and license immediately without notice for any violation of these Terms.

Termination by You. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Deleting your account does not entitle you to a refund for any purchases.

Effect of Termination. Upon termination, your right to use our products ceases. You must uninstall and cease using all products purchased from us. License keys will be deactivated.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Cameroon, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Dispute Resolution. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our products shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Cameroon, unless the dispute qualifies for small claims court. You waive the right to participate in class actions.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will revise the \\\\\\\"Effective Date\\\\\\\" at the top of this page. Material changes will be notified via email and a notice on our website. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
